Registering a trademark in Thailand protects your brand name, logo, or slogan from unauthorized use. The process is overseen by the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) under the Ministry of Commerce.

1. What Can Be Registered as a Trademark?

2. Requirements for Trademark Registration

3. Step-by-Step Registration Process
